The profile leans toward freshness and definition, with citrus, orchard fruit and subtle pastry notes carried by finely etched acidity. Pinot Noir adds quiet structure, while Chardonnay keeps the focus sharp and mineral. It is a Champagne that favors harmony over power, equally suited to aperitif duty or the table.
