Domaine Tempier’s 2025 Bandol Rosé is the benchmark by which serious Mediterranean rosé is measured. Built on Mourvèdre, with Grenache and Cinsault, it combines the sunlit generosity of Provence with the structure and savoury depth that make Tempier so distinctive. The domaine describes a wine of freshness, fine structure and flavour intensity, aged 6 to 8 months before bottling. Expect citrus, peach, wild herbs, saline lift and enough texture for proper food pairing. Drink now for energy and perfume, or cellar 1 to 5 years, with potential to develop further complexity. Drink 2026 to 2031+.
