Description
One of Chablis’ benchmark producers, marrying precision with a signature purity of fruit. The 2017 vintage was marked by lower yields but excellent quality, with textbook Chablis tension and mineral drive. This village-level bottling shows classic aromas of green apple, lemon zest, crushed oyster shell and flinty minerality. On the palate, it balances crisp citrus fruit with a fine chalky texture and bright acidity, finishing with energy and poise. William Kelley (Wine Advocate) praised the domaine’s 2017s for their “beautiful concentration and structural tension.” Drinking beautifully now, it will hold through 2027 with ease, offering that crystalline expression of terroir that Chablis lovers seek.
