Made in minuscule quantities from ungrafted, ancient varietals in the gravelly soils of Graves, Denarius is the more accessible sibling to the mythical flagship Liber Pater, but still bears the hallmarks of Pasquet’s uncompromising philosophy: organic viticulture, amphora aging, and a fierce devotion to pre-phylloxera authenticity.
