Description
This exceptional rosé Champagne, only the fourth vintage of its kind from the house, is a harmonious blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, with 18% of the latter vinified as red wine. Sourced from nine distinguished crus, including Grand Crus like Avize, Oger, Aÿ, Ambonnay, and Verzy, it showcases the epitome of Champagne terroir. Aged for eight years on lees before disgorgement, it reveals a deep copper hue and delicate mousse. The nose entices with fragrant notes of rose, pomegranate, and morello cherry, leading to a palate of excellent structure and remarkable length. With a dosage of nine grams per liter, this wine balances freshness and complexity, reflecting the house’s commitment to crafting extraordinary Champagnes.
