Description
A testament to the estate’s mastery of Tempranillo, offering a refined and expressive interpretation of Ribera del Duero. Comprising predominantly Tempranillo with a touch of Merlot, the wine underwent a meticulous aging process: five months in large oak vats, followed by 16 months in new French and American oak barriques, then additional time in used barrels and vats before bottling in May 2011 .
The 2009 vintage, marked by a warm summer and early harvest, yields a wine with a complex bouquet of cherries, subtle oak, and earthy undertones. On the palate, it presents polished tannins, balanced acidity, and a harmonious structure .
